CompTIA A+ Certification

A+ Certification is a CompTIA (Computing Technology Industry Association) sponsored testing program that certifies the competency of individuals in the computer industry. Earning A+ Certification means that you possess the knowledge and skills essential for a successful computer technology career.

CCANSI’s intensive training program helps prepare you for the computer based tests with the knowledge and tools necessary to configure, install, diagnose, repair, upgrade and maintain computers and associated technologies.

This program is designed for students who are preparing to write the CompTIA A+ Certification. The A+ certification measures necessary competencies for an entry-level IT professional. It includes installing, building, upgrading, repairing, configuring, troubleshooting,diagnosing, and maintenance of basic PC hardware and Operating systems.

CompTIA A+ Certification Training (EXAM 220-801 and 220-802)

The CompTIA A+ certification is the starting point for a career in IT. The exams cover maintenance of PCs, mobile devices, laptops, operating systems and printers.

In order to receive the CompTIA A+ certification, you must pass two exams.

CompTIA A+ 220-801 covers the fundamentals of computer technology, installation and configuration of PCs, laptops and related hardware, and basic networking.

CompTIA A+ 220-802 covers the skills required to install and configure PC operating systems, as well as configuring common features (e.g. network connectivity and email) for mobile operating systems Android and Apple iOS.

Network+ is an ISO-17024 compliant, vendor-neutral technology certification that verifies the certified individual has the skills and knowledge needed to take on a pivotal role in building, managing, and protecting the critical asset that is the data network.
